as Dantooine and Honoghr, but added a few planets in total. The rakatanos used
Force to drive much of its technology and starships used engines
that allowed them to break through hyperspace and reach other planets
strong signatures in the Force. Some of the artifacts left in the Rakata
strange worlds visited shot side effects, including stimulation of a
luxuriant plant growth and animal Kashyyyk.
The rakatanos eventually became arrogant in their power. Forced into slavery
entire populations of conquered worlds, including drives, humans
Coruscant and the mixture of three species of the Corellian system. Soon they had built a
monument to his glory, the Star Forge, a satellite that could build any living
thing that the creators wish using raw stellar material. The Star Forge
fed the aggressiveness of its builders Rakata, amplifying the dark side to the
vicinity of Rakata Prime and ordering the species to the tragedy.
Three primary factors led to the implosion of the Infinite Empire, which occurred
approximately 25,200 BBY. A plague that only affected the spread Rakata each

Republic begins

pproximately twenty-five millennia before the present era, scientists Corellians
succeeded in "perfecting" the Rakatan hyperdrive implementing
technology-based shortcuts for components adjusted for the Force. The ships
star could now travel between Corellia, Coruscant, Alderaan and hard in just a few
days. Core worlds linked by a democratic union called Republic
Galactic, and then tested their newfound freedom to explore the
uncharted expanses of hyperspace. The discovery of the Trade Route
Perlemian linked Coruscant with Ossus distant, and the Jedi became the
guardians of the Republic.

Little is known of the origin of the Jedi. The study of the Force, and the science behind
midi-chlorians microscopic symbiotic acting as carriers of the Force in the
Most living things, had been previously practiced by the champions of
Chato Academy, the Followers of Palawa and mystical Dai Order Bendu in planets
as diverse as Had Abbadon and Ondos. However, it is believed that the first steps

monastic warriors who obeyed the precepts of harmony, understanding, serenity and
peace. The traditions of the Jedi Tython included an initiation ceremony called
"Forge Jedi", where future members of the order channeled the energy of the Force
Foil Sword, sharpening weapons to a degree of wit and supernatural
resistance. Over time, the Jedi Tython would face threats beyond their
world. Using advanced technology from other worlds, forges Jedi were able to
"Freeze" a laser beam, resulting in a weapon that would eventually become the sword
of light. Taking it upon himself to liberate other worlds of oppression, a faction pioneer
Tython Jedi decided to leave the galaxy. These warriors became known as the
Jedi Knights.
Over time, a school of philosophy rooted Jedi on the planet Ossus. Force became
understood according to the alignments of the "dark side" and "light side", both
Force reflecting aspects of living (the manifestation of life energy in a
particular time) and the unitary force (cosmic expression of prophecies and destinies). The
Jedi faced their first real test since the Wars of the Force when
followers of the dark side of the Force (in the tradition known as the Bogan Tython)
Legions of Lettow formed and made war against the young Order.
The Jedi were victorious. Xendor, a general of the Legions of Lettow, lost his life
to the Jedi, but his lover Arden Lyn, fell into a mystical dream that would not be broken up
days of the Empire. The war between the Jedi and the Legions of Lettow marked the first
many schisms between dark and light sides of the Force.
Soon, the searchers had given birth to a portion of the route known hyperspace
Corellian Rink, and the wedge defined by the track Corellian Trade Route and
Perlemian became known as the "Blade". Since the hyperspace, particularly
Galactic western extension of Coruscant, was riddled with anomalies and was
impassable for Technology of the Republic, radioed galactic expansion eastward

claimed victory when its agents woke problems in space and directed Hutt
the furious Hutts in the direction of their former adversaries in the Tion. In a century, most
part of the Tion Cluster swore allegiance to Coruscant.

The boundaries of the Republic expanded steadily over the millennia, but
times seemed to defy logic, incorporating strange protrusions, bumps and asymmetric
solitary advanced enclaves surrounded by light years of space unexplored. This was a
function of hyperspace. Clear and stable routes through hyperspace, known as
hyperlanes or hipercaminos, became the cornerstone of travel, communication
and trade, but exposing these routes was difficult. The shovel was still the heart of
navigable territory while extending radially Republic to the east galaxy.
Gradually, the Republic began to bleed beyond the northern and southern edges of the Pala
but most of the Galaxy remained unknown except isolated enclaves
in wilderness, as Ord Mantell (set 12,000 BBY) and Malastare (established
8,000 BBY).
The area directly west of Coruscant resisted exploration. Not
found similar to Corellian Permeliana or track in that direction, and progress
treacherous jumps merely one or two light years in a thicket of anomalies
hyperspace.
Coruscant, as the heart of the Republic, was 0-0-0 coordinates on maps
hyperspace, where the first digit represents west to east, second north-south and
third top-down. Because of the uneven geography of early colonization, almost
all colonized planets were the first digit positive, what they regarded as a
mark of pride. Apart from the Republic, galactic colonization occurred among the exiles
Taung, who settled in a world that was named as Mandalore, in honor of his
leader, Mandalore the First. Mandalore warriors slaughtered the giant

The period of the Great Manifesto of the Republic (20,000 to 17,000 BBY) was a growing

During the Pius Dea (12,000 to 11,000 BBY), the Republic fell under the influence of
a theocratic sect. Over several centuries, the Supreme Chancellor and Contispex
descendants authorized several crusades against rival alien sects. The storm
caused radioactive deepened tensions between the Core and Edge, which would
ultimately exploited during the Rise of the Empire era.
Rianitus period (9000-8000 BBY) is notable for the reign of 275 years of Blotus the
Hutt, who defied the traditional stereotypes of the Hutts becoming one of the most
distinguished men who never carried the position of chancellor.
